Correct (best?) settings for VGA scaler on 15 kHz arcade monitor? (re: vertical games)

Correct (best?) settings for VGA scaler on 15 kHz arcade monitor? (re: vertical games)

Can anybody tell me what are the correct (best?) settings for the VGA scaler when using the MiSTer on a 15 kHz arcade monitor (or TV) ?

I can't rotate the monitor so if I want to play any vertical arcade game then I need to enable the scaler, etc.
