Two weeks ago I received my io board, usb board, rtc, a case and memory module from ultimatemister.org.
Delivery was very fast (I'm in the Netherlands) and my mister works excellent. Great boards.
Ricardo is a nice guy and was very helpful. He even asked if I'm satisfied and all I can say is "Yes! Very".

I'm still learning on my mister to get things working, but so far I'm enjoying it a lot. So thank you!

Ricardo,
I sent you a PM. I tried ordering again after waiting months for the last one to never arrive and never receiving a tracking number. And now the Paypal email that is supposed to provide shipping information just says

Shipper: blank
Tracking number: No Shipment Tracking
Shipping status: In Process

Just want to say thanks to Ricardo i ordered Ultimate MISTer PRO from him 3 weeks ago and received the product in lass then 10 days to Toronto, Canada. Everything works as it should be, MISTer has to be my favorite toy ever and i own lots of toys/retro.
Had a small hiccup with setup and he replied and tried to help me over WhatsApp right a way.
Definitely will be buying more for him again.

Absolutely highly recommended!

Thanks again ;)

Received my Mister FPGA unit from Ricardo / UltimateMiSTer.com, in Canada.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Ricardo is a great and helpful guy.

I'm glad I chose his site / service.

The end product is fantastic, and I love how everything looks and feels around the case design.

Highly recommended.

Hello Ricardo,

I'm interested in purchasing the Ultimate MiSTer PRO from ultimatemister.com but it doesn't look like you ship to Brazil? The country is not on the list. Is it not possible?

Also, what is the input range on the PSU, is it 100v-240v?

Thanks.

Edit: I managed to contact Ricardo directly through his website and he's being very heplful. This request here can be ignored.

I ordered my MiSTer a couple weeks ago from Ricardo and got to open the package today. I am very amazed with how well put together this little box is. I was hoping I would get to assemble it myself, but honestly, I could not have done it any better than Ricardo himself did. The MiSTer truly feels like a chunk of 90's hardware that the moment you unpacked it you could just feel how well made it was. I haven't had this with a product in a long time.

Ricardo was very friendly and helpful, and I will continue to order my products from him in the future. I have yet to make time to play with the MiSTer, but I am sure I won't be let down.

Thank you Ricardo and I truly hope your hard work will pay off in the future.

Thank for you all your support. Once more, the last batch of spinners was sold in few minutes.
Will ask just a little patience with shipments and tracking. Tomorrow and Monday have all processed.
For questions the best is always use the ticket service on my site to easier follow up. By mail could be more complicated.

Keep safe

I'm here to report that I purchased a Ultimate MiSTer 128 from UltimateMiSTer.com on 2021/10/07 and received it on 2021/11/02 (which is pretty fast when purchasing from my country, Brazil, from overseas).

Ricardo was very welcoming and answered all of my questions quickly. I probably annoyed him with all my questiont as some point, but he was very understanding and made me feel confident in making the purchase with him. He even made suggestions to help reduce the risk of being taxed in Brazil, since he already sold his products to brazilian customers in the past.

The product was well packaged and well assembled and everything is working great. It's difficult to separate my satisfaction with Ricardo's service and with the MiSTer itself, but suffice to say I'm extremely happy with both.

Had a very good experience ordering from Ricardo and really good customer support. Initially just ordered a kit before realising I couldn't get a DE10 in the UK for love nor money, Ricardo sorted out the payment difference and changed my order from a kit to a prebuilt mister pro, brilliant!

Gave me all the information I needed to get started, arrived in just over a week from shipping. Bloody lovely.

Thank you. :)

Hello Ricardo! :)

I recieved my Ultimate MiSTer PRO Digital Edition to the USA a few days ago and you did an amazing job putting it together and it got to me in around 3 weeks which is awesome in this current climent of shipping delays! If you are in the USA, don't hesitate, if he says he has it in stock he does and does his best to get your item out the door asap. Thanks again! :)

I did have one quick question for you, I noticed when I try and turn off the MiSTer via the little on/off switch on the side of the case, the MiSTer does not turn off but instead stays on. I tried it multiple times and the switch does not seem to function. Am I missing something?

Thanks again for your hard work and for input. Have a happy new year! :)

Hi, you just need to power the mister using the DC power IN on the UP side near the switch on/off. Will work. You probably have connected directly to the DC power in of DE10nano.

Both options are valid.

Happy new Year to all and Enjoy MiSTer,
Ricardo

Cool, thank you, sir. I do have both of the power adapters that came with the unit plugged into the MiSTer, as you said. I think I may leave it like I have it, if I have the two power adapters connected correctly. The DC power IN labeld DC 5V 5W on the MiSTer (top near the on/off switch) I have the Mean Well power adapter rated 5V 4A 20W plugged in and in the DC power IN labeld DC 5V on the MiSTer (near the bottom) I have the LTE power adapter rated 5V 2A 10W plugged in.

Should I reverse the two power adpaters to supply more power to the USB hub? Everything has been running smoothly as is, but I just wanted your input on that. I have an external HDD, ketboard and controler plugged in via USB.

Thanks for your input, Ricardo. You rock and I'm going to recommend your store to others. You set it up beautfully and I love it!

The Meanwell is just the only one necessary. You can use it on the DC 5V 5W on the MiSTer (top near the on/off switch).
We don't use external splitters (it's done inside the MiSTer), we need the necessary power at same level in Hub as DE10nano. For that we just 1 PSU, and the Meanwell 4A is enough for all - even using all stuff you have - hdd etc etc.

PS. In full setups, besides people choose the improved 4A PSU, I also send the original DE10nano 2A PSU, will not be necessary, but I send it.

Happy new Year for All
