New Add On Board Revisions?

Unread post by stuffisstuff »

I am looking to buy a MiSter in the next 6 months or so, however, I wanted to know if there were any new board revisions in the pipeline that I should wait for? I saw the standard IO board has had a couple revisions in the past 14 months so I did not want to make a potential purchase if a new revision was releasing soon. I was not able to find any info on new revisions so any help would be appreciated.

IO Boards were designed by our community. DE Boards are from Intel. So no revisions as of now.

Just buy based on what exists today and whether it is good for your purposes. If in one or two years a new expansion board comes out with something you want, then you can always upgrade at that point, it's just one module to replace.
