Issue With Getting Odyssey2 to Ouptut

Hi everyone,

I have been having an issue with the Odyssey 2 core where when I try to launch it, my screen looses sync and there is basically nothing I can do except cold reboot to get back to main menu.

I have my Mister.ini file configured like this:

As you can see, I have tried to set custom configuration for the Odyssey2 to see if it will let it sync with my tv, but so far no luck.

Has anyone else had this kind of issue with the Odyssey2 core?
Or does anyone have any ideas how I could fix it, like maybe a core config file that works for someone...
I am currently using my mister on a LG C9 OLED.

I have this issue with a lot of cores, some of them I’ve been able to see just enough as it is scrolling to change the video options to something that works. I cant recall if that is something that would work with the o2.

Is there supposed to be a boot.rom in the odyssey2 games folder?

Mine is empty, wondering if the missing bios is the issue.
I have tried so many video option now, cant get this one to work at all.

Every single other console core works perfectly. :(

It doesn't require a bios or a boot.rom.
If you have a keyboard attached to mister, after loading core, wait about 30 seconds to a min, then hit the space bar.
Eventually pong will start playing and you may possibly hear sound if your TV hasn't cut out the signal completely. This of course is only to indicate the core is running.
Another thing you may try, is setting the default video_mode to 8 from 14, in the event there is an issue switching from one mode to the other when loading the core.
I don't have access to any monitor/tv that supports video mode 14 so I can't test it myself.

Well never mind my last post...I do have a monitor that supports that resolution (funny enough it's the Odyssey Ark) so I managed to try it out.
Change the Odyssey2 section to this:

edit: Added a pal mode line, in case the core wants to switch to a pal frequency.
