Stretched Wallpaper

hi, trying to add TATE (vertical) wallpapers .

i use proper vertical wallpapers (9:16) ans Mister automatically stretched them to 16:9... on both HDMI and analog output

issue is the same on all my ini files, OSD=0 or OSD= 2...same issue

what the way to have proper vertical wallpaper?

bit confused by what you're asking, are you wanting to rotate images from landscape to portrait? sadly you will have to either shrink the image, crop it or have it stretched.. unless I've got the wrong end of the stick.

edited my post for clarity !

i use my mister for vertical games so i want vertical non-ugly wrong side stretched wallpapers :lol: :lol:

I had the same issue and solved it by saving the jpg as natively rotated without the Exif metadata.

The issue is likely that the image has metadata that's rotating the image and MiSTer isn't honoring it.
