Who is the little grumpy cat Disk-kun? Is that the official MiSTer mascot?

i believe it's Sorgelig's avatar, i've seen him use it on the forum.

I've seen Sorgelig has MiSTer-kun as his avatar but noticed it other places and didn't know if that was official.
