C64: Quantum Link Reloaded 2400 bps patch

I just stumbled across this speed patch for Q-Link Reloaded. Quantum Link default speed is 1200bps and this patch increases Q-Link to support 2400bps.

Read the instructions carefully.
If using the 2400 baud user port patch, sign up for Q-Link at 1200 baud, then apply the patch after your first call. The 2400 baud user port patch crashes Q-link on the initial sign up but works fine once you already have an account.
