+1 @Ray

The Atari TT and Falcon computers are amazing computers but too often forgotten.
I'd like also to see those computers. Moreover at the day of today, there is no really "good/complete" falcon emulator. In terms of price it is a computer hardly not possible to acquire (same for the TT) so yes a Falcon/TT core will be a great thing.

I can imagine that some people would be very interested in getting a possibility to run Cubase Audio without to invest in a real Falcon.

Yes, this is true for Cubase, and also for the use of the Falcon's DSP.

Could anyone do WARDNER - it was a extremely popular coin op in the late 80’s. It’s very solid platformer with good music and atmosphere

with regards to the 3DO M2, will the recent source code dump bring this closer to being possible?

No. The M2 is a dual PowerPC 602 design clocked at 66MHz with a bunch of other chips, think of it more in the same range of capabilities and generation as the Nintendo 64 (which also wouldn’t be possible on the DE-10 nano). Also, what was dumped was the SDK — the software to make games for the hardware — and would mostly just be useful to test specific behaviors. It’s not like the schematics/design of the custom chips.

The original 3DO should be doable in theory, but who knows if anyone is passionate enough about its library to give it a shot.

In any case, once you get to the more advanced 3D consoles, cycle accuracy is less important, and emulators generally do a great job, with the advantage of being able to upscale textures, run at higher resolutions, etc.

MiSTer covers a perfect range of computers and consoles, IMO — once you get to the consoles past the Sega Saturn, there are better options. Of course I understand the desire to have “one box that does all the consoles that I don’t have”, but PSX and Saturn are likely the most complex consoles that will happen on the DE-10 nano FPGA.

I wish to see an EXELVISION EXL 100 core in future. The EXL 100 is a computer released in 1984 by the French brand Exelvision, based on the TMS 7020 microprocessor from Texas Instruments. More infos here:

No way. The 3DO M2 would have been a console somewhere in between the N64 and Dreamcast.

I wonder if "MiSTer 2.0" will be a thing in the future, something capable of running an N64 FPGA.

Two of my wishes that I have listed are on the way, the PC-XT and the Commodore 128. I cross my finger to see one day my third wish, the Atari Falcon.
We should maybe fill a shared spreadsheet and strikethrough what has been fulfilled.

A couple that come to mind at the moment are:

Amiga CD32 (not sure how easy that would be? Possibly an extension to the Minimig core?)
Atari TT (I was a huge Atari fanboi back in the 80s and 90s and the TT was the holy grail until the Falcon came along)
3D0
Philips CD-i
Legionnaire arcade game (doing a bit of Googling suggests that it's Mame driver is based on Toki and D-Con drivers, don't know if that would make creating a core any easier or not?).

To be fair, I've just got a DE10 Nano and I'm amazed how a new core seems to pop up every week or so, the developers are amazing.

Coleco Mini Arcade Tabletops core would be cool. Not sure how different it is to some other similar cores like game and watch.

With PSX and the upcoming Saturn core both having multiple output resolution modes. How about per console per resolution settings? Something similar to the PS1 Digital or Mega SG. We can already do individual NTSC and PAL settings. So why not individual resolution settings?

The Xerox Alto (1973) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xerox_Alto
This was a revolutionary machine with a bitmap display, a mouse, and a windowed user interface. It is said to have inspired Steve Jobs when he developed the Lisa/Macintosh.

I'd love to see this one as well. I was blown away when I saw videos of it in action. It was so ahead of its time it was nuts. I've been meaning to look into emulation but I'm not sure what all is out there or what you could even do on it.

Can anyone let me know if anyone is working on a MULTI COLORLASER-6000 core?
There were 4 games available - BMX Flyer was my favourite retro handheld toy (with such iconic music!) back in the 80s as seen here...
