Any way to organize ROMs?

Can I add custom folders? Would love to be able to add a most played folder and put games there. Created a folder within Games-GBA-Newfolder but did not show up within Mister... any help is appreciated

You can always create a subdirectory per core like games/<core>/Most Played

I do this with a Favorites subfolder. Since I use the everdrive packs already I have folders that start with 1-4, and my favorites folder starts with 0 ("0 Favorites"). That puts it at the top.
Example:
/media/fat/Games/Genesis/0 Favorites/
/media/fat/Games/Genesis/1 USA A-Z/
etc...
