HDMI splitter not working

I'm trying to get my HDMI matrix splitter with 4 inputs / 2 outputs working with the MiSTer, but no luck so far.
Here's a picture of my device:
It works perfectly with my PC and my Nintendo Switch but I can't get any signal from the MiSTer.
I tried to set vsync_adjust=1 and vsync_adjust=2, 720p and 1080p, still nothing, no image in the menu nor in cores.
This matrix splitter is quite old, it's only HDMI 1.3, could it be related? Any idea?
