Hey guys, just got my MiSTer like a month ago and im trying to learn about it and get used to the different cores and settings, have been using it with my LED screen trough HDMI with no issues at all but now im trying to connect my MiSTer to a CRT TV using S-video, to do so im using Antonio Villena's VGA to S-video adapter

I connected the MiSTer with said adapter using and S-video cable to the TV, and for audio im using a 3.5 audio jack cable to RCA. When I turn on the MiSTer I get no video signal, don't know if audio is working since I can't run any game to check it

Now the thing is I have no idea how to set the MiSTer.ini file to work on this setup, anyone that experienced this or knows how to setup the ini file could give me a hand?

Ok, I also asked on reddit and a user provided the solution on a video he had posted on youtube

Basically following the instructions on Antonio Villena's site but since im apparently blind I did not see said instructions.
Everything is working like a charm now.

Did you set the 5v jumper on the IO board? Looks to be something some people miss. In addition, set composite_sync = 1.

From the product description page you linked:

To do in work on mister.ini put composite_sync=1. Disable SOG and power VGA connector, pin 9, to 5V (there is a jumper cap on official IO to do this)

Yeah, I did set the jumper to 5v and composite_sync = 1, the thing is the complete configuration was on Antonio Villena's site link I provided and I totally missed it
