No, this is for special graphics cards that have support for this. The IO board doesn't output chroma or luma signals needed for s-video and does not output composite as well.

This adapter is made for the MiSTer in mind

This is what you really should get if you want composite or s-video

do you know if this is manually made by this person or is it sold by other manufacturers?

Maybe I would try to find it on ali a similar one, 35 euros + shipping + tax is quite expensive for me.

Well if you want a cheaper solution you could use an HDMI to composite / svideo adapters. I have used this for TV just not gaming. I don't know how much lag it will introduce but they do work.

The HDMI to composite adapters are often really bad in terms of quality, lag, or even whether or not they work, unfortunately. It's a dice roll. Antonio's product over S-Video is known to work well, the composite apparently has been improved in his newest iteration so that's also probably a more safe bet.

I wouldn't hold your breathe for composite, Antonios board has a lot of limitations, any arcade core or neogeo etc will look awful no matter how much is improved. SNES, GENESIS, NES should all look decent but without a way to tune the NTSC crystal some of the cores will still shimmer. You can get around that with adding a trim capacitor and an external NTSC crystal but you don't get ride of the major problem you only reduce the rainbow shimmering.

Just stick to svideo for now
