Neo-Geo Support Compressed Games in Zip / 7z

Due to the size of Neo-Geo games, is it possible to run Zip or 7z compressed games?

Yes you can use .zip files, but they must not contain folders. 7zip files are not supported.

perhaps you should look at .neo files

I just used NeoBuilderUI yesterday to convert my Neo Geo files to .neo format, to make them work with MiSTer Super Attract Mode and that turned out fine. It only works on zip files though, not on folders.

Have you the neogeo monitor test tool in .neo format? I can't convert it with neobuilderui.
