EG Starts EA-JM01 Spinner

I've mistakenly bought a spinner by EG Starts that I believe was meant for an arcade 1up system.
Any way to use this with my Mister? Anyone seen one before? Thought the included harness would just connect to my existing usb encoder on the cigar box eg starts stick / button fight stick I built.
The part number is EA-JM01
