Need pinouts of FPGA chip grid contacts on underside of DE10-Nano PCB

A couple of years ago the USB OTG on my DE10-Nano board stopped working. The DE10-Nano board uses a 'USB3300' IC for USB OTG functionality. Today I discovered I can buy a USB host board - USB3300 OTG PHY from ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/143453046821

My plan is to remove the existing USB3300 IC on my DE10-Nano and then solder wires from a USB 3300 host board to the FPGA system on a chip contacts on the underside of the DE10-Nano PCB. And connect ground, 3.3V and 5V lines to the USB host board. I need to know the FPGA Pin No's for all of these square grid of gold contacts as in the image below:

The specific FPGA Pins I need to connect to a USB3000 host board are below.

I have a USB microscope and I would use a lower power soldering iron with a 0.2mm soldering bit. My DE10-Nano is fully working apart from the faulty USB OTG. It can boot into Linux X Window desktop or MisterFPGA but of course It cant use any USB input devices. I think this fix is doable. What do you think?

After I removed a heatsink from the Cyclone V SOC I saw there is numbers and letters that I assume correspond to FPGA Pin numbers.

I think it would be safer to get a hot air gun and replace the USB chip entirely. But I am not used to SMD work.
