Ever since I updated my mister via update script.

I have the CD mounted (cue) before each load off of the START.BAT game refuses to launch. It used to work fine, meanwhile the original Duke 3D is working fine

What is the error you get?

I noticed that after the change that fixed the IDE flags, that I have two CDROM's present and I needed to load the CD in the second drive in some cases.

The error in question is whenever I launch the game using sound blaster it starts loading and takes me back to the TDL. This only occurs with Atomic Edition, the original Duke Nukem 3D loads fine.

Head to the command line and try to launch the game manually, does it give you any kind of error/feedback? Also, make sure you manually unmount everything in the CD folders, and then try again. Backspace unmounts.

ALT-F5 when you get back to TDL will also show the last screen from the console so you can see the error message.

Grabbed an image apparently dos believes there's no CD inside of the drive.

Pushed it the only thing that did is shoot aloft the TDL. I'm using a PonyBro USB keypad I no longer have access to my original keyboard. :(
