Severe sync issues with VGA via analog IO board

I'm having some pretty rough sync issues with VGA coming out of my analog IO board. It's been happening ever since I got my MiSTer a week or two ago. I don't know why it's doing this but it's pretty random and it often repeatedly cuts out before the signal eventually drops entirely. I have no idea what's causing this. I've tried altering a ton of video settings, but ultimately, nothing I've tried has helped. Here is a short video demonstrating what exactly I'm dealing with:



I've tested all of my cables, my CRT, and my switcher with other devices, and they work perfectly fine there. I've also connected my MiSTer directly to the monitor and it exhibits the same issues. Here is my MiSTer.ini file:

Any help would be much appreciated, as I'm beginning to think this is a hardware problem.

Update: I suspected it was a hardware problem and I'm pretty sure I was right. I decided to open my MiSTer up and sure enough, the VGA power jumper pin was loose. I set it to 5V and made sure it was secured safely, and after a bit of play, everything appears to be fine now. I'll update this thread if that's no longer the case after more rigorous testing, but for now, that seems to have fixed my problem.
