Hello,
Sorry if this was asked before.
I've just installed MiSTer for the first time, went through the instruction and things are looking OK for the most part.
While I can run any C64 games (for example) that I've copied to the SD card, I can't run any of the Arcade games.
Any games I attempt to execute from the menu appear to be messing.

BTW, I've delete the mame and the hbmame from the games folder.
Any clue ?

Download the update all script from https://github.com/theypsilon/Update_All_MiSTer.
Read the readme.
Start the script, press the up arrow to setup the script to your liking but do not forget to enable mame getter and hbmame getter in order to download the arcade roms.

Just to clarify, the default downloader doesn't get any ROMs, because the devs don't want the overall project to get into trouble.

The update_all script that jca links is a superset of the normal downloader, and will get both the cores and the ROMs for you automagically. Expect it to take quite a while on the first run, there are many files to download. You'll probably want to have at least 5 gigs free before starting.
