8-Bit MiSTer Kun Design

I thought it might be cool to create an 8-bit version of MiSTer Kun for general use. I wanted to 3D print one for my MiSTer Mini ITX case and I also was inspired by the version used in the web2rgbmatrix project. EDIT: Apparently the original GIF came from the tty2rgbmatrix project and was forked into web2rgbmatrix. My version is 32x31 pixels, while the tty2rgbmatrix version is 29x26 pixels.
