Alien 3 Doesn’t Work

Alien 3 (Europe) (Filesize: 262144)(CRC: B618B144) doesn't work with the latest core and main binaries. The screen stays blank/black.
Or where else should I report this?

Works fine for me (same filesize).

Make sure you have the Bios setting enabled.
