Jumpers on the SNAC Board

Unread post by C-R-T »

Hello,

The SNAC board has two jumpers. What are they for? When do you plug them in and when do you not? I cannot find any documentation on this.

Correct me if I am wrong…

The Connector X1 has Pins for the Low-Level Input Signals LV7 and LV8.
I have no Idea what the reason for this Connector is.
Maybe to have a bypass input possibiliy?

The „Jumper“ connects the USB-Side Input Pin 9 (TX+) to the Input Signal LV7.
What is Pin 9 on MiSTer IO Board Side?
I think it Is the Jumper for 3.3V/IO to IO6 ?

The „Jumper“ on the SNAC Board should be closed or some SNAC connected devices don‘t work correctly.

As I don‘t find these Jumpers on the Mini Versions of the SNAC boards it looks like they are History now.

My MiSTer Add-On-Projects tty2oled, i2c2oled, SNAC2IEC
