Change Analog Rotation Speed for Rotary Games?

Hi All,
Quick one, using a demonbite arcade controller with a rotary interface + ls30 joysticks, when in windows the speed that the rotation registeres on the controller button is quick as it should, however ingame on heavy barrel, midnight resistance or forgotten worlds the rotation speed is slow. In mame the analog rotation speed and sensitivity can be adjusted and once changed you can dial the sensitivity really well. Is it possible to change the sensitivity or speed of rotation in mister at all? Possible?
