Hi,

Mortal Kombat is not the most beloved fighting game in the weeb community, but I have good memories playing it at the arcades when I was kid. Do we have some hope to see MK I,II and Ultimate on the MiSTer ?

Thank you

Yes. Jotego is on it and the first Chip was already made into FPGA logic by Pramod which is doing the NARC core.

Hi,

Mortal Kombat 1 Arcade was supposed to be released in october but nothing.
I especially upgrade to dual ram and digital board for it....

What went wrong ?

Thanks

You can try the Jaguar core with dual RAM, while you wait...

Works pretty great on the N64 core too.

N64 core doesnt use dual SDram

It seems the core is too complex for mister FPGA regarding memory bandwidth, even using dual sdram. If the developer cannot find a workaround, it will move to Mars FPGA. Same happened to Narc. Other games on the same platform are faring better, such as smash tv but no timeline yet for a release. The important thing is getting the core running on any FPGA platform, mister or not.

Yeah...I think you re right. the cores should be "universal".
I hope we will see more FPGA boards in the future.
