Daemonbite Genesis Problem [Solved]

Hello everyone,
I have a strange issue here :
I built my own Daemonbite (2Players / Genesys) and it works well on a pc.
I have my mister which works very well with my xbox 360 controller.
My Daemonbite works well in the Mister menu but not in any core. Even in the Mister Input Tester, Nothing works (I can use my daemonbite then use my xbox controller ==> The xbox controller is the first controller)
Of course I tried multiple reboot / reflash (1 or 2 players), and it is always the same.
I also tried a not up to date version of Mister. Always the same.
I tried fast fast polling on and off. Always the same.

I think it is a very simple issue but I cannot figure out which one

Have you tried setting up the controls for the core? Each core has it's own button assignment. Other than that you can try deleting the controller configs on the mister, the only other thing is that two m30 wireless adapters don't work if plugged in at the same time and some bugs are in the USB board where if other controllers or daemonbite adapters are plugged in it may not activate the USB port check for lights on the port to show it is active. Also a tip when configuring the daemonbite I use Up + Start to activate the OSD menu as you can do it on a 3 button controller and it doesn't impact gameplay.

Thanks for your help,
Yes I remaped buttons in cores. I am able to map buttons in the menu but they are still unusable in game.
Another thing I tried :
When I do
cat /dev/input/js0
I works well in any linux distribution I have, but nothing happen in Mister...

But maybe joysticks are handled in another way.

@Bunker : Is it also a Genesis Daemonlite ?

Yeah I’m using this one: https://ultimatemister.com/product/ulti ... l-genesis/

I’m also using the krikzz joyzz mega drive/genesis pad.

Exactly the same results as your self.

Try other cores, delete configs and in last option just test with a new SDCard. Sometimes I also have issued but this is because I test multiple configurations, gamepads and Daemonbites of all types.

I fixed it on my end, I had to go into define joystick buttons in the misters main menu and just assign all of the joypads buttons to anything and save it, then went into the core for megadrive and assigned the button there and it all works fine.
