Wi-Fi Adapter Compatibility

Unread post by Bren McGuire »

Hi, in the list of the compatible adapters, the "Nano AC600 Archer T2U" is present. I've got this adapter: "Archer T2UH AC600", which sounds very similar, but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is it not compatible?

Specifications: www.tp-link.com/home-networking/adapter/archer-t2uh/

That's a different one yeah. It's hard to tell if it will work or not based on that, but if you get the vid:pid from linux then maybe someone can add support.

Is this the info you asked for?
ID 148f:761a Ralink Technology, Corp. MT7610U ("Archer T2U" 2.4-5G WLAN Adapter

P.S.: I found this Sorgelig comment on the Atari forum:

"The first one if tried was TP-Link on mediatek MT7610u chip and all my attempts to make it work were failed. It also uses weird custom settings for authentication - such a rubbish."

Not encouraging 😅
