My friend has a cab that uses 2 identical EG Starts USB boards for players 1 and 2. They have the same VID/PID. When we configure the buttons for one player in a core, it works fine. But if we configure the buttons for the other player, the first player has its directions changed (up is down, left is right) and the buttons too.
Any idea what could be the cause and how to solve it? Thanks!
EDIT: just figured it out, he changed the position of the wires of the buttons to the boards when he replaced the buttons, they were different to each other and since vid/pid were the same, they interfered each other. I changed them to the same layout and now it works fine.
