The MiSTer on my BVM is significantly cropped on at least the top and bottom and I think the left side too. I'm using the digital io board through an HD Fury DAC. Anyone know how to fix this?

If it is a BVM then just press underscan button to see if some of the "missing" image part appears. If so then adjust horizontal/vertical position (H. CENTER/V. CENTER) and/or width/high settings. If still no luck then you may try H. PHASE, H. BLK PHASE, H. BLK WIDTH adjustments. Refer to you monitor's service manual for details and possibly other adjustments.
If nothing helps then it might be an issue with the DAC. Please let me know if you have managed to resolve the issue and what model of HD Fury you are using. I'd like to know should I ever be on the market for the DAC.
