Can’t Load Games in Mega CD Core After Update

Hello there

I used to play the MegaCD core without any problem, after updating today I got only the "Space" screen(or "clouds" depending on bios and region) with no success.

I tried older cores and a lot of bios, but no success, I do not have CHD files, only .cue games.

Used to work with no problems, used region free bios, even from CDX, still no clue.

Seems that the core is not reading the games, I try to Reload Backup Ram, it shows some animations and music, but when it goes to "player cd" screen it shows "NO DISC".

The cores stopped work with cue/bin games and now just works with CHD?

I just figured out what's happening.

I have the misterfpga from retrocastle and this version of MisterFPGA have cores (.rbf) in the root of the SDCARD.
Those cores are not working well after the update.
So I need to enter the /console and choose the new core.
I got confused by those cores from the root folder.

It's working fine. I saw other guy here with same issue, maybe is the same case. A very strange behavior from the old cores, just like static bios/startup screen.
