Trouble with svideo output

I’m not getting any image on either of my CRTs when using the VGA output with an active YC adapter. I’ve made the required changes to mister.ini, changing the VGA output to svideo, and composite sync to 1. I’ve supplied power to the USB C input on the adapter. But I get no video at all through either svideo or composite. HDMI still works great. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting that I can think of. Any ideas? I’m thinking that I may have received a DOA adapter, but don’t have any way to troubleshoot that.

Are you using an analog I/O board? If so, try setting the jumper on the board to output 5v over VGA. You shouldn't need to mess with any external power after that and it should just work
