F-Zero Controls

Hi there,
does anybody have a controller setup which works with latest core and F-Zero ?
I can play nearly every game perfect with my PS 4 Gamepad.
But F Zero i cant control anything during the race.
Anything to setup different to the other Nintendo64 Games ?
